1. Who this applies to
These terms are meant to cover Tixible ("we," "us," "our"), a software company based in Abuja, Nigeria, and the products we build: TBMS Trader, Tixible Cloud, Closure, and custom development services delivered under our Services offering. They'll apply to you once you create an account, book a demo, or otherwise use one of our products.
2. Pre-launch status
TBMS Trader is not currently open for public signup. Its availability as a paid, automated trade-execution service is pending our own review of financial-advisory and CTA-style registration requirements that may apply depending on where you're located. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide that service until this review is complete and we say so explicitly.
3. What TBMS Trader is — and isn't
TBMS Trader is software that watches the market, evaluates signals against a published rule set, checks them against risk limits, and — once you've enabled live execution and approved it — places orders on your own connected broker account via your own MetaApi credentials.
Tixible never holds, pools, or has custody of your funds. Every account trades through the user's own broker connection. TBMS Trader is not investment advice, and using it does not create an advisory relationship between you and Tixible. It does not guarantee profit, and losses are possible.
4. Your account and responsibilities
- You're responsible for giving accurate information when you register, and for keeping your login credentials and broker connection details safe.
- You're responsible for the funding and risk decisions on your own connected broker account — TBMS Trader only trades within the limits you configure.
- You must be old enough, and legally eligible, to trade leveraged financial products in your jurisdiction.
5. Identity verification (planned)
To prevent the free trial being farmed across duplicate accounts, we plan to require a national ID check and a live facial match at registration before this service opens publicly. How that data is collected, used, and retained is covered in our Privacy Policy.
6. Subscription and free trial (planned)
The current plan is one subscription tier with a free first month per verified person, followed by a recurring monthly charge. Exact pricing is not yet announced. We'll publish final terms — including cancellation and refund policy — before opening public signup.
7. Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to disable, bypass, or interfere with the Risk Manager or any other risk control.
- Don't create multiple accounts, or use false identity information, to claim more than one free trial.
- Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the software without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime, execution speed, or trading outcomes. Trading leveraged products carries real risk — see our Risk Disclosure for the full picture before you connect a live account.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tixible's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of TBMS Trader — including losses arising from software errors, execution delays, or other issues with how the system operates, as well as trading losses, broker-side failures, market conditions, and connectivity outages outside our direct control — is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law, including Nigeria's Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.
10. Indemnity
You agree to cover reasonable costs and damages we incur because of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third party's rights — for example, if you provide false identity information, attempt to bypass a risk control, or use the service in a way that causes us to be held liable to someone else.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you've violated these terms — including attempting to disable a risk control or claim more than one free trial — and where practical, we'll tell you why. You can close your account at any time; closing your account doesn't cancel any open positions on your own broker account, which you'll need to manage directly with your broker.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the regulatory picture evolve. We'll flag material changes clearly rather than editing this page silently.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of TBMS Trader will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria — except where a mandatory consumer-protection law in your own jurisdiction gives you the right to bring a claim locally instead, in which case that right isn't affected by this section.
